I don't know. Sometimes I wish I knew, then I think, no, the answer can't possibly be comforting in any way. It must be random. I wish you sincere good luck in sorting out that mess with the insurance and labs and clinics. Wish they would behave like professionals! Or at least logical humans maybe?? Best wishes :)
