One of my friends just said that me doing this blog inspired her to do a blog about her specific issues (not related to IF) and that it has been really helpful for her.  I started this to help myself and others with my IF journey, and it's been doing that, but it's really nice to know that it has helped people with other problems as well.

    You asked a question about CoachGirl's brain surgery/IF but I don't know how to reply to a comment directly. Hope its ok if I answer on your blog. I don't think hers are directly related. Her brain surgery was for Arnold-Chiari Malformation or ACM. Her IF is because she doesn't ovulate on her own and she did have endometriosis but that has been removed. So they're going to do a few cycles with Clomid then move on to IUI.

    I did some preliminary research to see if ACM is related to IF but only found a few cases. Is that your friend is having surgery for? I would imagine if your friend didn't have other medical conditions, she could try naturally. Good luck to her with the surgery. :-)

    Thanks for replying on here. My friend had a brain tumor, and she hasn't started trying yet but thinks that she'll have problems when she does because of the radiation she had after her tumor was removed. Since she'd not sure if the radiation will cause IF, I figured I'd check and see if CoachGirl was in the same situation or a different one.
